Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Kings Jersey (www.kingsjersey.com).

Made to Order

All items are made to order, including custom names and numbers, and are shipped internationally from our production partner overseas.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within about 5-7 business days, as each item is produced specifically for you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery time starts when your order is dispatched and depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: free on all orders, 5-8 business days
• Express Shipping: $15, free on orders over $75, 3-5 business days

Total time from order to delivery (processing plus shipping) is about 2 weeks with Standard Shipping and 1.5 weeks with Express Shipping.

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods, at customs, or due to factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Fees

Import duties, taxes or other charges may apply depending on your country and the value of your order. These fees are imposed by your country's import regulations, are not included in our prices, and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, any reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first to initiate an investigation. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at info@kingsjersey.com and we will assist you.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated total time, contact us at info@kingsjersey.com so we can help track the shipment.
