Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at Kings Jersey www.kingsjersey.com

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as delivered: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Photo evidence will be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
