Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at Kings Jersey (www.kingsjersey.com).

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as delivered: unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@kingsjersey.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fee

A flat return fee of $10 applies to approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Custom & Personalized Items

Items with a custom name, number or design, and made-to-measure sizes (including youth sizes), are made specifically for you. They cannot be returned or exchanged, unless we made an error (see below).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order (wrong item, size, name or number), email us within 14 days of delivery and include photos.

We will review the issue and offer you a free exchange or a full refund. No return fee applies in these cases.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, return your order (the return fee applies) and place a new order separately. Free exchanges are only available when we made an error.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. You must send the item back within 14 days after informing us of your decision.

This right does not apply to personalized items made to your specifications. The item must be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If the return is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Standard Shipping is free and nothing is deducted for it. The Express Shipping fee is refunded only if the return is due to our error.
