SHIPPING PACKAGES AND TIMELINE:
We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. The delivery timeline for Standard Shipping is within 8 (eight) Business Days. Expedited Shipping is offered for all orders, costing $15 and free for orders with the total value above $75. The orders under this method are when shipped delivered within 3 (three) to 4 (four) business days
DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS:
We use the services of carriers namely FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, and UPS.
We offer free shipping for all the products ordered through the website.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARIFFS:
All fees including and not limited to taxes, or any other governmental fees or charges imposed in relation to shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION, PROCESSING, AND SHIPPING:
After an order is placed, please spare us some time for processing the order. Generally, an order placed before 02:00 P.M Eastern Time on a particular business day will be considered as an order placed on that particular business day. The order processing will be completed as soon as possible and the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number as soon as the order processing is completed.
COMMENCEMENT OF SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time shall commence from the date the order will be shipped by us and not from the date of placing an order by the customer from us.
ORDER PROCESSING ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:
If an order is placed on Sundays, National Holidays, or Chinese New Year then the customer may face a delay in the order processing times.
DELAY IN ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
The order processing times may be delayed when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to the festivals or mega sale events or other reasons.
PO. (POST OFFICE) BOXES:
We ship orders to P. O. (Post Office) Boxes.
DELIVERY AT REMOTE AREAS OR RURAL LOCATIONS:
Deliveries to remote areas or rural locations will take around 10 business days of shipping time.
IN-STORE PICKUP OR LOCAL STORE PICKUP:
We do not offer in-store pickup or local store pickup.
DELAYS DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS:
The expected order delivery date or shipping time schedule may be extended due to an invalid address provided by the customer or due to delays in clearance procedures by the customs or other reasons. Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control yet we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to the customer. If the shipment delivery is delayed significantly, we will contact the customer via email for further notifications.
The customer shall make sure that the delivery address he/she provides is accurate and if there are any mistakes or errors in it then the same shall be corrected before checkout. In case a wrong address is provided by the customer and the shipment is delivered at the wrong address then the carrier will re-attempt the order delivery only if the customer pays for the re-attempt of order delivery.
NOTIFICATION OF DELAY:
In case of a significant delay in the order processing time, we will notify the customer of the same.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED:
If the customer does not receive the order within the scheduled shipping time from receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with the name and order number, and we will look into the matter. If the customer has not received the order within a period of 3 (three) weeks from receiving the shipping confirmation email, then the customer must immediately contact us.
THE COURSE OF ACTION FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:
If in any case a package is lost or goes missing, then the customer must contact the concerned carrier to check the status of their order. If the customer does not receive assistance from the carrier, then the customer can reach out to us for help. We will investigate the matter and if we determine, after confirming with the carrier, that the shipment was lost or the carrier would not be able to fix the issue then we will redeliver the customer’s order without any extra cost or charges to or for the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY:

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to disable the cash-on-delivery option for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted.
